Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. I am sorry but we do not accept phone orders.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is currently Royal Mail 48hr : from £3.95 dependant on order value
Please do not ask for items to be left in outhouses or porches as this will not be adhered to.
We will not accept liability for lost parcels if notes are left, or you make re-arrangements to leave your parcel in a safe place through our couriers
Covid Postage Delivery Information:
Please be aware: We guarantee that Waggitt will dispatch your orders in the time frame that we give.
But with the current situation with covid at the current time, we are unable to guarantee delivery times through Royal Mail.
Royal mail is experiencing delays throughout their network.
When ordering please allow time for this and do not expect standard service times as to delivery.
Waggitt will not accept any responsibility for any delay in delivery nor postage timescales as this is out of our control.
We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days of receipt of your order, if paying by credit or debit card.
If we are out of stock of the item you have ordered we will notify you asap and give you an expected delivery time.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All payments are through our service provider paypal our payment providers. Waggitt do not store our customers financial details.

All data processed through our online cart platform is done so through highly secure servers located within RapidSwitch's highly acclaimed and industry-leading data centre in Berkshire, UK.
We do not disclose customer information to third parties other than for dispatch purposes (couriers etc) or when orders are processed via third parties as part of the order fulfilment. Third parties are not permitted to disclose any of our customer's details to any other third party or use customer details in a way that is not related to order fulfilment. Waggitt never discloses information to third parties for any reason other than fulfilling orders. The only time we would share information is if we were permitted or required by law.
Data is collected via Google Analytics, which tracks site usage and traffic information but your your personal information is not provided to them.
The "PHPSESSID" cookie is required so that the site can recognise the same user clicking from page to page. Without it, every page would be treated as the first visit to the site, and anything added to the shopping basket would be instantly forgotten. Online shopping would, therefore, be impossible.
The "session" cookie is for retaining information so that returning customers can access the contents of their shopping basket. If the user signs in with an email address and password, these login details are are also saved so that they can remain logged in when returning (the password is encrypted). If the user signs out, their login details are removed from the cookie.
Information such as your address, phone number, email and so on are strictly used only to process your order, collect product feedback, notify you about the status of your order, or send you our newsletter if you have chosen to subscribe. We do not send unsolicited marketing material. Only subscribers to our newsletter will receive emails from us about site news and promotions. Subscribers can of course unsubscribe at any time.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
If you created an account you can easily access and amend the personal data we hold by logging into your account. Information such as IP address and most recent log-in is not visible but can be requested. If you checked out as a guest you will not be able to access your personal data via an online account as you do not have one but you can request to see the personal data stored against your order or amend it.
Your customer account can be deleted, if you wish. Please email us if you would like to have your account deleted. However, please note that for any orders you have placed your details will still remain on our system and be associated with that order. This is due to VAT regulations, which request that we keep all records of VAT transactions for a minimum of six years.
The social media share buttons only transmit data once they have been clicked. The only data the social media's servers receive from our site is referral information from the page, such a product title and image. No personal data is transmitted. Should you choose to use it, the Facebook login feature works in a similar way, and no personal information is transmitted to Facebook. However, once you have clicked on the button, any data that is gathered from your Facebook account, such as name and Facebook ID, will be stored for you. This can be deleted if requested.
All debit or credit card information is entered via our payment processor's secure PCI DSS compliant servers (PayPal). We do not store or collect any complete debit or credit card information. We are notified and can see the results of your payment however we cannot see, modify or copy your payment details.
You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time, before the goods are personalised & dispatched for uk orders This does not affect your stautory rights as a customer. Waggitt will make a full refund (excluding p&p) provided the goods are returned in re-saleable condition with their original packaging and within 14 days of receiving the order.
All products are shown with our manufacturing guidelines for sizing and colours. A sizing tolenence of a 1" applies as all products that are manufactured by us as they are handmade. Colours shown on our website may vary due to different display types. we are unable to guarantee an exact colour match.
When placing any orders by phone or over the internet, please make sure that you are sure of the sizing and description of the product at the time of purchase. Waggitt cannot be held responsible for wrongly ordered goods and unless notified within 2 hours of placing the order. Goods that have already been personalised, I am sorry we cannot change an order after this time. Personalisaton is only available in capital letters (the personalistion box on our website is set to this). We do not offer a choice nor a choice of font.
We will refund with 14 days of the goods being returned. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal courier. If you do however receive damaged or faulty goods please inform us and we will then arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Embroidered Dog Collars and Dog Leads
We state very clearly that a maximum of 27 letters including spaces are allowable for embroidered dog collars. For collars we recomend the phone number is always placed first as this is the most important piece of information, then the postcode and then, the house number or name. This is done to stop the most important information being within the collar adjusters although we cannot guarantee this will not happen. For leads this is less important. Please be aware: Due to the nature of stitching collars, text may not be totally straight and show a slight curving, which is normal due to the stitching depth on the flexibility of the webbing.
Printed Dog Collars.
We aim to try to fit as much information on to our printed dog collars, we are unable to guarantee that no text will be covered once adjusted but we are unable guarantee this. For shorter lengths of text we will try to repeat the wording provided. In the case were longer text has been provided this will only be printed once.
All items within these sections are not returnable with exception to the following reasons as they are personalised on receipt of ordering with embroidery.
We will accept returns for the reasons below.
We have mispelt any personalisation to your product, or used the wrong colours as per your order instructions.
Or send the wrong colour product, size of product or personalised your product wrongly.
It is the legal responsibility of the customer to ensure no copyright is infringed by instructions given.
Waggitt, neither its owners or its servants can accept liability for any infringements.
The images on our website are for guideline only, we cannot show an exact sizing of the design or lettering on the product and are unable to guarantee colour shades.
This is due to the nature of the amount of designs available for an every product and as each product is individually personalised the text length is changeable.
Stitching will show through the reverse side on most products ie: leads collars towels etc as it is machined all the way through the fabric.(Our products are not printed)
NON PERSONALISED PRODUCTS.
In the event that you need to return a non personalised dog coat. Please contact us prior to sending back. Include a printed copy of your invoice or order number with your name and address. This enables us to promptly deal with your refund. Any non personalised items which are returned must be clean and in the condition they were sent in. Refunds will be made purely for the product cost. We do not refund the postage that you have paid for either the return cost or the original shipping fees.
