Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. You can also purchase over the internet and ring through your details to us directly if this is more suitable.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and Packaging Rates are now as follows.
All items within the UK are sent on a signed for delivery basis for both your and our own peace of mind and insurance purposes..
Please do not ask for items to be left in outhouses or porches as this will not be adhered to.
Our couriers are happy to accept a signature from a neighbour and we can add a note to your parcel.
We will not accept liability for lost parcels if notes are left, or you make re-arrangements to leave your parcel in a safe place through our couriers..
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland
Orders to a maximum of £69.98 are charged at £4.40
Orders to a maximum of £199.99 are charged at £6.95
Orders over £200.00 are charged at £8.80
Southern Ireland & Europe
Postage is only available, for orders with maximum order value of £60.00 and are charged at £19.95
Orders to a maximum of 100.00 are charged at 32.00
Countries outside the EU.
Orders to a maximum of 61.00 are charged at 25.00

All orders are normally sent by royal mail on a signed for delivery. With the exception of larger orders which are sent using our courier UK Mail on a signed for next day delivery service within the UK.
We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days of receipt of your order, if paying by credit or debit card. If we are out of stock of the item you have ordered we will notify you asap and give you an expected delivery time.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Waggitt do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time, before the goods are despatched for uk orders This does not affect your stautory rights as a customer. Waggitt will make a full refund (excluding p&p) provided the goods are returned in re-saleable condition with their original packaging and within 7 days of receiving the order.
All products are shown with the manufacturers guidelines for sizing and colours.
When placing any orders by phone or over the internet, please make sure that you are sure of the sizing and description of the product at the time of purchase. Waggitt cannot be held responsible for wrongly ordered goods and unless notified within 4 hours of placing the order this cannot be corrected if you product has already been personalised.
We will refund with 14 days of the goods being returned. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal courier. If you do however receive damaged or faulty goods please inform us and we will then arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Personalised Dog Collars and Dog Leads
We state very clearly that a maximum of 24 letters including spaces are allowable. For collars we recomend the phone number is always placed first as this is the most important piece of information, then the postcode and then, the house number or name. This is done to stop the most important information being within the collar adjusters although we cannot guarantee this will not happen. For leads this is less important
EMBROIDERED CLOTHING AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS.
All items within these sections are not returnable with exception to the following reasons as they are personalised on receipt of ordering with embroidery. We will accept returns for the reasons below.
We have supplied the wrong colour, size or embroidery design or garment choice.
We have mispelt any personalisation to your garment, or used the wrong colours as per your order instructions.
It is the legal responsibility of the customer to ensure no copyright is infringed by instructions given. Waggitt, neither its owners or its servants can accept liability for any infringements.
